John is President and Owner of ITS, LLC. He has a long career in business in the financial service, retail, and mortgage industries as a trainer and leader. He has degrees in Philosophy, History, and Secondary Education from Drake University and Grand View University. He learned the challenges of business ownership while growing up working in his father’s retail business. John is committed to ensuring our clients receive professional, reliable service you have come to expect from ITS.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Yuliya is an extremely diligent and detailed oriented professional. She has extensive educational and professional background in multilingual environments in different countries. She has developed a management style that is assertive yet flexible, which works perfectly when working with our subcontracted linguists. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from Western Illinois University and is a fluent speaker of Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
